Yes to both. Every cleaner is police-checked before their first job and covered by our public liability insurance. If your building manager or real estate agent needs a certificate of currency, ask and we will send it before the clean.
How do I know the clean was done properly if I am not there?
We take before-and-after photos of the cleaned areas and, for end of lease cleans, send them to you the day we finish. That gives you dated proof of the property's condition before the final inspection. You can also see recent jobs in our gallery and read what customers said on the reviews page.
What if something gets damaged during the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours, with photos if you can. We are fully insured, and we repair, replace or fairly compensate for damage our team caused. Pre-existing damage and normal wear and tear are not covered, so point out anything fragile or already loose before we start.
What if I am not happy with a house, deep or office clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and send photos of the areas you are not happy with. We come back and redo them at no charge. For end of lease cleans the window is longer: 7 days to send us the agent's exit report.
