Straight answers, no fine print

Good questions, straight answers

Are your cleaners insured and police checked?

Yes to both. We carry public liability cover and every cleaner is background checked before their first job. Certificates go to building managers or real estate agents on request, which strata buildings in Bondi and Melbourne's CBD ask for routinely.

Do I need to be home while the cleaners are working?

No, you do not need to be home. Many tenants choose to drop off the keys or arrange a lockbox code so our cleaners can access the property while they focus on the moving process. All our cleaners are police-checked, fully insured, and trusted professionals. Just make sure the property is completely empty of furniture and personal belongings (unless otherwise arranged) so our team can perform a thorough clean.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Send us photos within 72 hour  and we come back and redo those areas at no charge. Short-stay owners rarely need it, because the checkout photos we send after every turnover mean you see the result before a guest does.

Is the bond back guarantee real?

Yes — if your property manager flags anything from our checklist on the exit report within 72 hours, we return and re-clean those items free.

How far in advance should I book my end-of-lease or bond clean?

We recommend booking your clean at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance, especially if you are moving at the end of the month or during peak moving seasons (December/January or weekends). However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute or urgent bookings if our schedule permits.

Who cleans Airbnb properties in Bondi between guest checkouts?

We do turnover cleaning across Bondi, Bronte, Coogee and Tamarama, along with the rest of Sydney's east. A standard two-bedroom turnover takes about 90 minutes and includes linen change, bathroom reset, kitchen wipe-down, bins, and a walkthrough photo set sent to you before we leave.

Do I need to be there for the clean?

No. Most short-stay owners give us a lockbox code or smart lock access, and end of lease clients leave a key with the agent. If you'd rather walk through the property with us on the first visit, that's easy to arrange.

Can you clean between a 10am checkout and a 3pm check-in?

Yes. That five-hour window is what our short-stay schedule is built around. In peak summer weeks in Bondi and St Kilda we block those slots in advance, so send us your booking calendar and we'll hold the times rather than fitting you in job by job.

What does a short-stay turnover clean include?

Every turnover covers:

  • Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen
  • Bathrooms sanitised and restocked
  • Kitchen and fridge cleared of leftovers
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied
  • Consumables topped up

We also flag damage, missing items or anything a guest left behind, with photos, so you can act before the next arrival.

Can you get sand, salt and sunscreen out of carpet and upholstery?

This is most of what we deal with in beachside properties. Hot water extraction pulls sand out of carpet pile that a vacuum leaves behind, and sunscreen on light-coloured couches responds to a solvent pre-treatment. Oil stains set for months may not lift fully, and we'll say so before quoting rather than after.

Which Sydney suburbs do you clean?

Just about all of them. We are busiest across the Inner West (Newtown, Marrickville, Leichhardt, Glebe, Balmain, Ashfield), the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi, Bondi Junction, Randwick, Maroubra, Surry Hills), the lower North Shore and Northern Beaches (North Sydney, Chatswood, Ryde, Epping, Manly, Dee Why), Western Sydney and the Hills (Parramatta, Westmead, Blacktown, Liverpool, Castle Hill, Burwood, Strathfield), and down through St George and the Shire (Hurstville, Kogarah, Cronulla).

The full list lives on our suburbs page. If your postcode is not on it, ask anyway - we cover more ground than we list.

Do I have to hire a professional cleaner to get my bond back in NSW?

No. Under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) your obligation is to leave the place reasonably clean, allowing for fair wear and tear, measured against the condition report from when you moved in. A blanket lease clause demanding a professional clean is generally not enforceable. The exception is a property that was professionally cleaned before you moved in and you were told about it at the time.

People book us because the exit report gets signed off first go and they get their weekend back, not because the law forces them to. For the fine print see NSW Fair Trading; if a bond claim turns into a dispute, it is NCAT that settles it.

Is professional carpet cleaning compulsory when a Sydney lease ends?

Usually not. Section 19 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) makes a lease term void where it requires you to have the carpets professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy - unless you kept an animal at the property. Pet owners are the exception, and that is where most of the arguments start.

The carpets still have to come back reasonably clean either way. If there are traffic lanes down the hallway of a Randwick unit or something has soaked into a Marrickville bedroom, a steam clean is the quickest way to close it out, and we can run it on the same visit as the rest of the clean.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids, pets, and allergy sufferers?

Yes. We use high-performance, professional-grade cleaning products that are tough on stubborn grease, grime, and stains while remaining safe for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have specific chemical sensitivities or eco-friendly preferences, let our team know when booking so we can tailor our solutions.

Can you handle same-day emergency cleans?

Often, depending on where the crew is that day. Guest cancelled and rebooked, a mess left behind, a surprise inspection — call 0468 490 764 or Email us on  [email protected] and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get someone there.

Do you clean on weekends, and how much notice do you need?

We run 7am to 7pm, seven days, so a Saturday or Sunday slot is a normal booking rather than a premium extra. Two to three days notice suits most Sydney jobs.

End of lease is the one to get in early. Hand-back dates bunch up at the end of the month, and demand across NSW spikes twice a year - December to January when share houses and students move, and June to July when leases roll over with the financial year. Short notice is still worth a call, though; cancellations come up and we can often place a same-week job somewhere in the Inner West, the East or Parramatta.

Why did my final price differ from the instant quote?

The instant quote is based on what you select. It changes when the property needs more than the selection covered, most often heavy oven build-up, mould in bathrooms, pet hair through carpet, or a property that's been vacant and dusty for months.

We flag any difference before starting, with photos, so you can approve it or drop the extras. Nothing gets added to your invoice without you agreeing to it first.

What happens if my property manager is not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 72 hours and we come back and redo whatever was flagged, at no charge. Forward the email or the exit report from the agent so we know exactly which lines to go at - nine times out of ten it is the oven, the shower screen, the window tracks or the top of a kitchen cupboard.

We would much rather drive back out to Blacktown or Cronulla for an hour than have you lose part of your bond over a rangehood filter.

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean maintains a place already in decent shape. A deep clean goes after the build-up underneath: oven interiors, shower grout, behind appliances, exhaust fans, skirting boards.

Short-stay properties usually need a deep clean every two to three months on top of turnovers, because fast changeovers keep a place presentable without ever getting underneath.

Can you clean a walk-up apartment or somewhere with tight access?

Yes. Half of Sydney is walk-ups. Third-floor terraces in Surry Hills, no-lift blocks in Bondi and Glebe, narrow stairwells in Newtown - the crew carries gear that goes up them. For CBD and North Sydney towers, let us know the loading dock clearance and whether the building wants a booking window, and we will work around it.

If your street is permit-only, leaving a visitor permit out saves us circling the block and gets the crew inside sooner.

Do you clean cafés, retail and offices outside trading hours?

Yes, mostly early mornings and evenings so your staff aren't working around equipment. Hospitality sites in Bondi Junction, Fitzroy and Braddon usually run on a nightly or six-day schedule with the same cleaner each visit, which is what keeps standards even.

Do you cover Western Sydney and the Hills District?

Yes, and it is one of our busiest patches. Parramatta, Westmead, Blacktown, Liverpool and Castle Hill get the same crews, the same exit checklist and the same 72-hour re-clean guarantee as the inner-city jobs.

Suburbs nearby that are not named on our suburbs page are usually still fine - just ask when you book.

Will I get my bond back?

We clean to the agent's inspection checklist, and if something gets flagged we return and fix it free within 72 hours of the clean. Damage, wear and tear and garden work sit outside a cleaning scope, so we'll tell you upfront if we spot something a clean won't fix.

Do you clean offices and strata common areas in Sydney too?

Yes. Alongside houses and apartments we run after-hours office cleans across the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood and Parramatta - single suites through to full floors, on a flat monthly plan with ABN invoicing and public liability cover.

Common areas, end-of-trip facilities and smaller strata blocks sit on the same schedule. Tell us the floor area and how many nights a week you want us and we will price it on the spot.
