What's included in every turnover

  • Beds stripped and remade — fresh linen on every bed, used linen bagged for laundry or swapped from your stock.
  • Bathrooms reset — shower, toilet, basin and mirrors cleaned, fresh towels hung, toiletries topped up.
  • Kitchen turned over — dishes done, benches and appliances wiped, fridge checked and cleared of anything left behind.
  • Every room guest-ready — floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, cushions and furniture reset to your photos.
  • Restock and check — coffee, tea, toilet paper and consumables topped up from your supply, damage or missing items reported.
  • Checkout photos — a photo set sent to you after every turnover so you see the result before the guest does.

Linen and laundry

Bring your own linen and we rotate it, or let us supply hotel-grade linen and towels on a per-turnover basis. Either way we keep a spare set on site so a late checkout never leaves you short.

Same-day and peak season

Same-day turnovers are our normal, not an exception. In peak summer weeks we block your usual changeover slots in advance, so send us your booking calendar and we hold them. Mid-stay cleans for longer bookings and a full deep clean between seasons can be added to the same plan.

Turnovers start from $119 for a studio or one-bedroom, with larger properties and linen supply priced on a per-property basis. If a guest flags anything within 72 hours of arrival, tell us and we come back and fix it free. Yes — if your property manager flags anything from our checklist on the exit report within 72 hours, we return and re-clean those items free.

How far in advance should I book my end-of-lease or bond clean?

We recommend booking your clean at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance, especially if you are moving at the end of the month or during peak moving seasons (December/January or weekends). However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute or urgent bookings if our schedule permits.

Who cleans Airbnb properties in Bondi between guest checkouts?

We do turnover cleaning across Bondi, Bronte, Coogee and Tamarama, along with the rest of Sydney's east. A standard two-bedroom turnover takes about 90 minutes and includes linen change, bathroom reset, kitchen wipe-down, bins, and a walkthrough photo set sent to you before we leave.

Can you clean between a 10am checkout and a 3pm check-in?

Yes. That five-hour window is what our short-stay schedule is built around. In peak summer weeks in Bondi and St Kilda we block those slots in advance, so send us your booking calendar and we'll hold the times rather than fitting you in job by job.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids, pets, and allergy sufferers?

Yes. We use high-performance, professional-grade cleaning products that are tough on stubborn grease, grime, and stains while remaining safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Why did my final price differ from the instant quote?

The instant quote is based on what you select. It changes when the property needs more than the selection covered, most often heavy oven build-up, mould in bathrooms, pet hair through carpet, or a property that's been vacant and dusty for months.

We flag any difference before starting, with photos, so you can approve it or drop the extras. Nothing gets added to your invoice without you agreeing to it first.

Do you clean cafés, retail and offices outside trading hours?

Yes, mostly early mornings and evenings so your staff aren't working around equipment. Hospitality sites in Bondi Junction, Fitzroy and Braddon usually run on a nightly or six-day schedule with the same cleaner each visit, which is what keeps standards even.
