Office cleaning on a simple monthly plan
We clean offices, suites, clinics and small retail spaces after hours, so your team walks into a clean workplace and never sees a cleaner. One monthly plan, one ABN invoice, and the same police-checked crew every visit. Plans start from $158 a visit for a small suite, and the price is agreed after a quick walk-through so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What's included in every visit
- Desks and workstations — surfaces wiped, screens and phones dusted, bins emptied and relined.
- Kitchens and break rooms — benches, sinks, microwave and fridge exteriors, dishwasher loaded or unloaded if you want it.
- Bathrooms — toilets, basins, mirrors and floors sanitised, consumables restocked from your supply.
- Floors — carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped, entry mats shaken out.
- Meeting rooms and reception — tables, glass and touch points wiped, chairs straightened.
- Periodic extras — carpet steam cleaning, window interiors and deep kitchen cleans scheduled quarterly or on request.
How the monthly plan works
Tell us how often you want us in — nightly, three times a week, weekly — and we build a checklist around your space. You get one fixed monthly invoice with our ABN on it, and you can change the frequency with a week's notice. If a visit ever misses the mark, tell us within 72 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.
Access, security and insurance
Most clients give us an alarm code and a swipe card or key, which we log and hold securely. Every cleaner is police-checked and covered by our public liability insurance, and we can email a certificate of currency to your building manager before the first visit. We clean outside your trading hours, including weekends, so we never get in your team's way.

Office plans start from $158 a visit.
