Standard cleaning, by your regular cleaner
The same police-checked cleaner every visit — someone who learns where things go, which rooms matter most to you and what you'd rather they left alone. Book weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-off. Fixed price confirmed before we start, GST included, and if something's not right we'll come back and sort it within 72 hours.
What's covered on every visit
- Living areas — dusted, vacuumed, mopped and tidied.
- Kitchen — benchtops, stovetop, splashback, sink and tapware, and the outside of your appliances.
- Bathrooms — shower, bath, basin, toilet, mirrors and floors sanitised.
- Bedrooms — beds made, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed or mopped.
- Your priorities first — tell us what matters most and we build the running order around it.

The same cleaner, not a different one each week
This is the part most people care about and the part most agencies can't do. You get one cleaner assigned to your home, so by the third or fourth visit they already know the kitchen gets the most time, the study door stays shut and the good glasses don't go in the dishwasher. No re-explaining it every fortnight. If your regular cleaner is away we'll tell you in advance and send someone briefed on your notes, not a stranger with a generic checklist.
Everyone who works in your home is police-checked and insured, and the products we use are safe around kids, pets and anyone in the house with allergies.
How often should you book?
Weekly suits families, share houses and anyone working full time — it's also the cheapest per visit at 20% off. Fortnightly is the most popular choice for couples and smaller homes and takes 15% off. Monthly works if you keep on top of things yourself and just want the bathrooms, floors and kitchen properly done, and saves 10%. One-off visits are fine too, with no plan and no lock-in, and they're what most people book before visitors arrive or after a weekend that got away from them.
If the place hasn't had a serious clean in a year or more, start with a deep clean and put a regular plan on top of it. Trying to fix a year of build-up on a standard visit means the fan blades and the grout never get reached.
Add-ons
Ask for any of these when you book and your cleaner handles it in the same visit: oven interior from $50, fridge or dishwasher interior from $40, balcony, deck or patio from $30, blinds from $25, and carpet steam cleaning from $40 a room ($99 minimum).
Pricing and booking
One-off cleans start from $150 for a one-bedroom, $165 for two bedrooms, $210 for three, $270 for four, $300 for five and $360 for six. On a recurring plan take 20% off weekly, 15% fortnightly or 10% monthly — a weekly one-bedroom works out from $120 and a fortnightly three-bedroom from around $179.
