Office cleaning on a simple monthly plan

We clean offices, suites, clinics and small retail spaces after hours, so your team walks into a clean workplace and never sees a cleaner. One monthly plan, one ABN invoice, and the same police-checked crew every visit. Plans start from $158 a visit for a small suite, and the price is agreed after a quick walk-through so there are no surprises on the invoice.

What's included in every visit

  • Desks and workstations — surfaces wiped, screens and phones dusted, bins emptied and relined.
  • Kitchens and break rooms — benches, sinks, microwave and fridge exteriors, dishwasher loaded or unloaded if you want it.
  • Bathrooms — toilets, basins, mirrors and floors sanitised, consumables restocked from your supply.
  • Floors — carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped, entry mats shaken out.
  • Meeting rooms and reception — tables, glass and touch points wiped, chairs straightened.
  • Periodic extras — carpet steam cleaning, window interiors and deep kitchen cleans scheduled quarterly or on request.

How the monthly plan works

Tell us how often you want us in — nightly, three times a week, weekly — and we build a checklist around your space. You get one fixed monthly invoice with our ABN on it, and you can change the frequency with a week's notice. If a visit ever misses the mark, tell us within 72 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.

Access, security and insurance

Most clients give us an alarm code and a swipe card or key, which we log and hold securely. Every cleaner is police-checked and covered by our public liability insurance, and we can email a certificate of currency to your building manager before the first visit. We clean outside your trading hours, including weekends, so we never get in your team's way.

Good questions, straight answers

Are your cleaners insured and police checked?

Yes to both. We carry public liability cover and every cleaner is background checked before their first job. Certificates go to building managers or real estate agents on request, which strata buildings in Bondi and Melbourne's CBD ask for routinely.

Do I need to be home while the cleaners are working?

No, you do not need to be home. Many tenants choose to drop off the keys or arrange a lockbox code so our cleaners can access the property while they focus on the moving process. All our cleaners are police-checked, fully insured, and trusted professionals. Just make sure the property is completely empty of furniture and personal belongings (unless otherwise arranged) so our team can perform a thorough clean.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Send us photos within 72 hour  and we come back and redo those areas at no charge. Short-stay owners rarely need it, because the checkout photos we send after every turnover mean you see the result before a guest does.

Do I need to be there for the clean?

No. Most short-stay owners give us a lockbox code or smart lock access, and end of lease clients leave a key with the agent. If you'd rather walk through the property with us on the first visit, that's easy to arrange.

Can you get sand, salt and sunscreen out of carpet and upholstery?

This is most of what we deal with in beachside properties. Hot water extraction pulls sand out of carpet pile that a vacuum leaves behind, and sunscreen on light-coloured couches responds to a solvent pre-treatment. Oil stains set for months may not lift fully, and we'll say so before quoting rather than after.

Which Sydney suburbs do you clean?

Just about all of them. We are busiest across the Inner West (Newtown, Marrickville, Leichhardt, Glebe, Balmain, Ashfield), the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi, Bondi Junction, Randwick, Maroubra, Surry Hills), the lower North Shore and Northern Beaches (North Sydney, Chatswood, Ryde, Epping, Manly, Dee Why), Western Sydney and the Hills (Parramatta, Westmead, Blacktown, Liverpool, Castle Hill, Burwood, Strathfield), and down through St George and the Shire (Hurstville, Kogarah, Cronulla).

Do I have to hire a professional cleaner to get my bond back in NSW?

No. Under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) your obligation is to leave the place reasonably clean, allowing for fair wear and tear, measured against the condition report from when you moved in. A blanket lease clause demanding a professional clean is generally not enforceable. The exception is a property that was professionally cleaned before you moved in and you were told about it at the time.

People book us because the exit report gets signed off first go and they get their weekend back, not because the law forces them to. For the fine print see NSW Fair Trading; if a bond claim turns into a dispute, it is NCAT that settles it.

Is professional carpet cleaning compulsory when a Sydney lease ends?

Usually not. Section 19 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) makes a lease term void where it requires you to have the carpets professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy - unless you kept an animal at the property. Pet owners are the exception, and that is where most of the arguments start.

The carpets still have to come back reasonably clean either way. If there are traffic lanes down the hallway of a Randwick unit or something has soaked into a Marrickville bedroom, a steam clean is the quickest way to close it out, and we can run it on the same visit as the rest of the clean.
