Deep cleaning, top to bottom
A regular clean keeps a tidy home tidy. A deep clean resets it. We work through the whole place at a level that isn't practical on a weekly visit — ceiling fans and cornices at the top, skirting boards and behind furniture at the bottom, and the grout, cupboard interiors and appliance edges in between. Fixed price confirmed before we start, GST included. If anything's missed, we come back and re-clean it free within 72 hours.
What a deep clean covers
- Kitchen, properly — inside cupboards and drawers, splashback degreased, appliance exteriors and edges, rangehood filter, sink and tapware descaled and polished.
- Bathrooms restored — grout scrubbed, mould treated, shower screens cleared of soap film, tiles, bath, basin, toilet and exhaust fan vents.
- Every room, high and low — ceiling fans, cornices, light fittings, door frames, switches, skirting boards and cobwebs.
- Glass and tracks — inside windows, sills, tracks and mirrors.
- Floors finished — vacuumed including under and behind furniture where it can be moved safely, then mopped and polished.

When a deep clean is the right call
Most people book one for a reason rather than on a schedule. Moving into a new place before the furniture arrives is the easiest version of this job and the one we'd recommend most. After that it's usually the run-up to spring or Christmas, the week after builders or painters have finished, before an inspection or an open home, or simply the point where a place hasn't had a real going-over in a year and it shows in the grout and the fan blades.
If you're moving out rather than in, you want an end of lease clean instead — that one is cleaned against your agent's exit checklist and carries the bond back guarantee.
Add-ons
Four things sit outside a standard deep clean because not every home needs them: oven interior from $50, fridge or dishwasher interior from $40, balcony, deck or patio from $30, and carpet steam cleaning from $40 a room ($99 minimum). Add any of them when you book and the same crew handles it in the one visit.
Pricing and booking
Deep cleans start from $180 for a studio, $200 for a one-bedroom, $230 for two bedrooms, $290 for three, $350 for four, $380 for five and $440 for six, with the final price confirmed before we start — it depends on the size of the place and the condition it's in. Allow most of a day for anything over two bedrooms. A deep clean takes noticeably longer than a regular visit, and rushing it is how the fan blades and the grout get skipped. If you'd like the place kept at that level afterwards, a regular clean booked weekly or fortnightly runs at 20% and 15% off respectively.
